Tonight John endeared himself to the sweltering cellar audience early on by identifying a rogue air conditioning unit as the culprit. He strengthened his bond with the audience by then targeting an innocent reviewer sitting in the back row who happened to be wearing a fleece. (It’s a bit changeable in Edinburgh ) John took us on a journey starting in his native Canada then diverting to the gun toting red neck states of the US . He tells us of his time in London where he engagingly gives us some hilarious insights into the local wildlife and transport. We learned about his broken arm and his telling experiences with the emergency services.
Once he got into his stride you were taken along a well constucted and flowing performance , well worth seeing.
