Nick has seriously good writing credentials, his many TV and radio credits include 8/10 cats, the Now Show , bigpedia to name just some of his extensive catalogue. . He has been performing stand-up at the fringe since 2006.
This performance starts with a, perhaps too detailed explanation of the milking process mentioned in the show’s title. Nick then whizzes through on a wide range of topics including the demise of Theresa May, a new James Bond theme with keyboard accompaniment, to a slightly obscure song about space worms, and duelling chess champions.

Please don’t let my lists put you off, all this is carried off with excellent timing and skilled delivery. The act flows from story to story. Nicks excellent stagecraft held this large room under his control as they obviously enjoyed this entertaining spectacle.

I spent a very happy hour. I will be seeking out Nicks shows again. He really deserves a wider audience.

You might need to plan ahead to find this slightly hidden venue, but your efforts will be rewarded.
