Gareth Mutch is a well-established comedian these day who works consistently in his native Scotland and further afield is packing audiences into Stand 1 consitantly and why wouldn’t he?

He is a larger-than-life character and has a whole host of well crafted jokes and anecdotes, probably more than he needs for any hour.

He can also do crowd work, always finding gems that can be integrated into his set, call-backs, are frequent, yet the stories flow thick and fast.

His Welsh dad always is a good source of comedy gold for Mutch, dad’s love of Martin Lewis, the money man, prompts calls to his son on energy suppliers, mobile phone service providers, milked to the full by Gareth, but there is more. Posh folk, especially a friend who he took on a stag night, he is working class, vaping, taking up football to get fit, his marriage, courtship, schooldays, charity waxings … the list goes on.

Mutch is a confident erudite performer, always presenting finely honed material that is wildly funny, yet able to riff like the best, if the opportunity presents itself. He is always a safe pair of hands. Miss it at your peril.
