The lives, loves and relationships of 6 very different characters are opened up and fully explored in “Love (5 Ways)”. It lifts the lid on commitment, sex, monogamy and polyamory in the modern world.

Should sexual intimacy be confined to one partner?, and if not, what are the consequences?. Jealousy rears it’s ugly head and tensions mount between couples. It’s definitely not a bed of roses. Is it cheating if you have partners consent? Guilty parties begin to fall apart as traditional values are ignored. What happens when marriage is not enough, when sexual exploration is opened up to a 3rd or 4th party?
It’s a strong piece of work, acted very well, and it tests the boundaries of how couples struggle when faced with temptation. There are some beautiful moments, thoughtfully brought to life by a very well written script. Emotional turmoil and lingering regrets divide couples and create tension and frustration.
At the end of the day, I feel the message was, that relationships take a lot of work, whatever shape or form they come in and that one size no longer fits all. A very thought provoking and sensual show indeed.
