From the very first moment Danny O’Brien walks on stage, he manages to create an outstanding comedy show, brilliantly put together and expertly delivered.  In “Sure Look, Be Grand” he has us all in the palm of his hand from the outset, and his natural Irish charm washes over his eager crowd.

He has a lovely way of including the audience members, his take down of the line up of dads was brutal but at the same time absolutely hilarious.  We were left absolutely howling.

There’s a pretty big nod to Ireland and his roots growing up, which was relatable and very funny.  He’s been building up his air miles recently by performing all over the world, and there’s no doubt that this has bolstered his very confident stage presence.

You’re on his side all the way through and his timing and delivery of punchlines are marvellous. The show is a pure adrenalin rush and you will leave in a way better mood than when you entered, I can guarantee that.

If you’re a fan of Irish comedy, this is right up your street for this is stand up at its finest.
