Disney's Dare to Dream 4**** - One4Review

Disney’s Dare to Dream 4****

| On 04, Aug 2025

I’m a huge Disney fan and always love hearing a medley of the biggest Disney hits. I am always impressed by the talent and skill young performers have and demonstrate to such a high standard

The show is performed by a group of very talented and passionate young people. Many of the cast have opportunities to perform solo acts and take on this role with pride and skill. Each managing to hit notes we all wish we could. They deliver an impassioned medley of top Disney songs while gliding across the stage in a well rehearsed manner.

The stage area is basic however the performers move in a smooth, cleverly choreographed this way that this is irrelevant to the show. The basic background and minimal props keep the audience solely focused on the performance.

The performance storyline is set on the first day of a fictional Disney Imagineering course. All members of the group are training to become Imagineers and are hosted by two fully qualified Imagineers. The group take you through a medley and mash up of Disney hits while they try to identify their own personal hopes and dreams for the future. You can see and hear the chemistry this group have with each other, amplifying the performance.

The only thing that was a let down for me was I was not able to hear a few of the soloists. The room was small but the performance was mainly focused to the front so if you were sitting to the side, it proved challenging to hear. The musical backing appeared edited to match each performers singing abilities and this certainly supported each young person to demonstrate their singing without them struggling or going out of tune.

I enjoyed this performance and the reaction from the audience supported that it was a shared opinion. This show was delivered by a group of very talented performers who at their young age, hold strong potential for greater things as they get older. Very impressive show!
