A disbanded girl group reunite, after a reported scandalous fight at an awards ceremony. The all-female quartet take the audience through the highs and lows of being in a 00’s girl group. From the selection process, to the peak of fame and the rapid downfall, the girls re-enact an emotional rollercoaster, while delivering a high energy performance. The group use the stage to right the wrong rumours and set the story straight on some of the scandals that ultimately started their downfall. The pressures of paparazzi influence and jealousy feature throughout the performance and one band member shedding genuine tears

The girls perform a variety of original songs, the main one being very catchy and the type you end up singing in your head for the rest of the evening. The tunes resemble what music was like in the early to mid-00s, making this show appealing to people looking for a bit of post 90’s nostalgia. The voices these four ladies have are outstanding and they are indeed very talented. They sing in harmony, in tune and collectively make an awesome powerhouse!

The minimalistic staging and props made no difference to the show as the performers skilfully re-enact flash back scenes, making the audience use their imagination and the clever use of the lighting to distinguish between past and present. The show ended on a high and certainly made the crowd wanting more.

I really enjoyed this show. It started a little slow but quickly picked up momentum. Despite the emotional journey the show was upbeat, funny and the tunes kept you bopping along. Really recommend this great show.
