Hannah Campbell - Me! 5***** - One4Review
one4review | On 05, Aug 2025
Hannah Campbell returns to the fringe with her new show ME! Like last year’s show, ME! is named after a Taylor Swift song. Hannah who recently appeared on ‘The One Show’, is a self-confessed Taylor Swift fan who can also play the ukulele. After last years success, Hannah has deservedly secured a bigger venue which is just as well because this show was sold out.
Hannah’s confidence is evident from the start as she immediately has the audience laughing at the alternative meaning of ME. There is then minimal audience participation to obtain information which is cleverly used later in her set. As Hannah takes us through a brief journey of her authentic self, she hilariously doesn’t hold back on her thoughts about astronomy and astrology and gives in her own explicit words, her opinion and differences on both. We then move on to talk about people who changed the world and the dangers of playing ‘Pop up Pirate’ Hannah style!
Hannah then goes back to talk about the time she spent in New Zealand and her time spent on the set of ‘Power Rangers’, but this wasn’t her 1st time on TV, as she recalls the time when her school was on the TV show 50/50 however Hannah’s appearance that day had hilarious consequences that gave the BBC some extra work in the editing room!
The constant laughter continues as Hannah discusses celebrity crushes and how difficult it is from a male perspective to answer that question when asked by your partner. Graveyard encounters, spray tan dilemmas and Bra strap fails keep the show moving along with constant laughter, and what do you say to a 3-year-old who insults you on your wedding day?
Hannah closes the show with a self-written song which is very well written and summarises the content of the show. An outstanding performance that captivated the audience from start to finish with many hilarious outcomes you just don’t see coming!

Saw Hannah Campbell this afternoon at the Gilded Balloon and man, this girl is hysterical! She stood on stage for an hour, delivering truly funny comedy, no props and the audience were eating out the palm of her hand. This is an amazing comedian and surely has great success ahead of her!
