The strains of Cliff Richard swell from the sound system and Stephen K. enters his sold out venue. Or does he? It certainly looks like the man, but what is coming out of his mouth? Phew, it’s not Stephen, it’s his dad.

This is the unexpected start to this hour of laughter as he plays his audience like the comic virtuoso he certainly is. Okay, some of the material is a little predictable, but then there are some really good new ideas as well.

We even get to participate in a game show and discover what new skill Stephen has learned that day, tonight it was ‘ deejay scratching’ and a different task is selected for him to learn the following day.

I always feel that a good comic always finishes and leaves you wanting more, in this case another hour would not have been enough for me.
