A Night to Dismember

Storytelling comes in many forms. At one end of the spectrum are stories based on actual events and at the other end are those which are constructed out of weird imagery. Wil Greenaway’s humorous story is definitely of the latter variety.

Imagine a young man lacking in confidence having a long extended dream packed with surreal characters, both nightmarish and pleasurable. Figuring prominently are a talking, arm eating shark that walks off with his girlfriend and a cheese asteroid that has the power to restore his arms back into place. This gives a flavour of Wil Greenaway’s concoction of bizarre situations.

Though the images he creates are not of the rational world, his delivery is low-key and matter of fact. This is an hour which will either enthral or puzzle or perhaps a bit of both.
