Sophie’s Surprise 29th 5***** - One4Review

I genuinely love this show, it’s been on my review list since it debuted and each year it just gets better and better.
Think Cirque du Soleil meets Brixton! It’s the best party you’ll ever go to, Sophie gets plucked from the crowd and becomes an integral part of the show.
They manage to keep the show fresh with new elements and characters and each circus act is an amazing experience for the senses. Your pulse will be racing for the majority of the show.
The aerial work is outstanding, there’s a happy/sad feeling to the storytelling and how the rollerbladers manage to stay on that tiny platform is unbelievable.
Each of the performers will have you clapping and cheering, the atmosphere is absolutely electric in this slick production.
There’s plenty audience participation so be careful where you sit! You just might end up on someone’s shoulders or helping the unicycle guy put his clothes back on.
This years new addition is a gymnastic fireman who has a mini Magic Mike Show but also preforms an amazing display of balance and core strength.
I can’t recommend this show highly enough, 5 stars doesn’t do it justice.
