Now many people will know this larger than life comic from TV. He is a long standing team captain on ‘Never Mind The Buzzcocks’, a frequent guest on comedy panel shows such as QI and has also done a long stint as a Radio presented for the BBC.

But Jupitus is at heart a comedian, a stand-up and also no mean Improv comedian as well, so it is only natural to see him back in the comedy club environment once again this Fringe with his early evening show, a vehicle that gives him scope, with a few of his friends, to shine and showcase a variety of the skills he has to entertain.

This was a thoroughly entertaining show, and yet totally different from what I had expected when along with many others I went to see him perform. I left an hour later with further admiration of the man’s talents and his willingness to try something different.

I won’t say more, not wishing to give too much away, but do go, be prepared to get involved more than in some shows. It is an experience that should not be missed.
