Patrick Monahan is a bit of a Fringe Legend. He is a perennial attendee, he always produces an hour, usually a bit more than that in truth, that has his audiences in stitches from the off.

He is interactive with everybody in his audience, and I mean everyone, there is no escape, but then why would you want to? He is probably one of the nicest comics around, he just builds each hour into a unique experience, an experience that leaves them aching with laughter.

I know he has a show, I know also that we don’t get to see much of it, as his crowd work and the information he garners usually takes up more time than planned.

But do we care? Hell no! What we do see of it is great, his opinions on the cost of divorces, weddings and wedding planners brought both laughs and gasps at the numbers involved and this likeable, comedian always provides plenty of entertainment and gets more laughs than most shows around every year.

Monahan is always better than good, obviously never ugly, but is always Pat. Go find out for yourselves.
