Patrick Monahan, the Teeside born stand up has amazed me, in fact I think that  this Fringe he is unique. I have seen numerous comedians this year and their strong language content ranges from a lot to almost every second word. Pat however got through his whole very funny set without as much as a bloody emulating from the stage. He is a really amiable chap, he reacts well with the audience, trying to get everyone to do the right thing in respect to everything, but always offering a choice. His material covers a lot about his early working life and he is able to draw the show message into this too. This is the first time I have seen his full how, having previously only seen him on showcases, but rest assured he will be one of the first names on my list in future, and I’m sure he has a big future ahead of him. ****
