20 Years And Still In The Pink
Mervyn Stutter has been somewhat of a Fringe institution ever since I have been attending, and that is a while, but this year is in fact his 20th year, and this show is a celebration of this fact. This show is laid back, relaxed and entertaining as he leads us through some of the events that have taken place in the time he has been a Edinburgh visitor, often illustrating the events with songs, and sometimes only snippets of songs, as only he can, usually rewriting alternative lyrics to well known tunes. While he may be, like us all, slightly greyer and a little less svelte than he was back in 1987, his talent certainly has not diminished and I look forward to seeing him for years to come. ***
