Put together a script which is unfunny, predictable, obscure and padded out along with clichéd characters and unconvincing acting and you have the ingredients for a show which fails to impress.

Set in place whose location is unknown and a time period again unknown, Jacques, a scientist with a German accent and Albert, his geeky assistant, are trying to escape. Jacques has built a time machine consisting of a pile of items which might have come from an attic clearance including an old radio, a trumpet and a bird cage. Unfortunately, there is only room enough for one in this low tech contraption.

The play comes to an underwhelming conclusion when one of them does escape and we, the audience, can make our exit after 45 minutes from a show which is billed to last 60 minutes.
