Adapted to the stage, this will be familiar to many families on account of the popular CBBC show, and it shouldn’t disappoint. It contains many of the regular features of the show, Up Close & Magical and the Tricks Of The Trade were there and had children rubbing pens on their hands out on the green afterwards trying to perfect their own trick!

The kids seemed to genuinely enjoy being in the same room as the people on their telly and took in everything that was being said to them in earnest. The show was put together well, the scripting was amusing and the audience participation was high with the children being put on alert to keep an eye on a member of the cast and a member of the audience was called upon to volunteer the services of his £20 note.

This is worth a visit if you have slightly older children as stated in the Fringe guide, simply because younger audience members may lack the attention span required for some of the tricks.
