Andrew O'Neill - Mindspiders 4**** - One4Review

Mr O’Neill has a large stage presence, and although I found him a little loud at times (albeit I was at the front of a rather long room), he built a good rapport with the audience. Some members of that audience had an entirely wonderful time throughout, though others were perhaps a little more dubious.
There’s a great variety in material and subject matter, and though I’m still not convinced it was all strictly funny, Andrew’s delivery definitely gave it something, and he seemed to be completely committed to the material, despite the notes on the chair. My favourite part was the interval and the octopus.
This is definitely really silly comedy, of the in-the-pub-and-a-little-scooshed variety, and those who love that with enjoy this. Others may be a little bemused.
