Okay let’s make this clear. I don’t do magic shows in general. So I was not predisposed to being impressed. But I was. In fact blown away is a more accurate description. Within moments I was transformed back to being an 8 year old leaning forward in my seat, hooked, even mesmerised.
Henry is a very personable guy, able to communicate with all ages equally. He enlists plenty of ‘willing assistants’ to assist him in his extravaganza and as for talent… well he has enough for three performers.
He seems to be able to defy the laws of physics, make things happen when he is yards away from the focus, unbelievably read minds, and, unless he has the whole audience prepped which couldn’t happen, achieves the impossible.
I quickly gave up trying to see how he did things, I, like everyone just sat there and marvelled at the skill and performance that was offered up. I lost count of the sensational facets of his art and there is no way I am going to attempt to list them. What I will say is that this is a must see show and if you don’t go then you will have well and truly missed out.
