Jess is distraught since splitting up with her boyfriend. Her friends Mandy (the hopeless romantic), Molly (the quirky one) and Charlie (the sex kitten) rally round to cheer her up, trying to give her some advise from the Bible that is Cosmopolitan magazine.
They come up with the idea that they should go speed dating, (90’s version of internet dating) to help cheer Jess up and help her move on. Through a catalogue of 90’s anthems and comedy, they take us through their evening of speed dates.
They build great rapport with the audience throughout the show. In particular, Mandy (played by Bethany Black) makes a hilarious play for this guy sitting in the front row, getting him up on stage to re-enact the love scene from Titanic.
Girl power at it’s best. These girls bring a huge amount of infectious energy to the stage. By the end of the show they will have you dancing in the aisles to a melody of 90’s hits.
