I went to this show with some work colleagues for a bit of a night out, so there was a fair bit of expectation as we were all desperate to be entertained.

3 up and coming magicians, Cameron Gibson, Elliot Bibby and Luke Osey take to the stage and promise an Hour of Insane Magic at the Gilded Balloon Teviot Nightclub. Each perform a series of tricks separately, with lots of audience participation.

The guys are very likeable and have great rapport with the crowd. It was a sell out show and there was a great atmosphere. It’s almost a mini showcase as they perform several shows around the Fringe.

Each of the lads deliver a solid performance with a mixture of close up and interactive magic.

There’s an impressive array of talent on display and some of the tricks are very clever but the whole show lacked a bit of cohesion. There wasn’t anything particularly “Insane” to report to be honest but we all agreed that we enjoyed the show.
