I must be living under a rock because I hadn’t heard of magician and mentalist Colin Cloud prior to this show. This 70 minute show is set in the gorgeous McEwan Hall. During the show Colin wows us with his mind reading and illusion skills. There is loads of audience participation. Colin really seems to appreciate and enjoy getting to know his audience. He is also very funny and engaging and ensured we all had a good time.

I’m not sure I can find the words to describe how utterly mind-boggling and bewildering his skills are. How does he manage to guess an audience member’s phone password? How was he able to tell a different audience member’s occupation, wedding date and birthday? It’s unbelievable. My daughter and I were completely blown away. The show is very slick and Colin moves from one trick to the next seamlessly. He is a great showman who has the audience enthralled throughout. The 70 minutes flew by. No spoilers here but the end of the show is absolutely spectacular and we were speechless.

The show is advertised as suitable for kids ages 12 and over but I think over age 10 is fine. A must see this Fringe.
