Michelle Shaughnessy is a lovely Canadian comedian who suffers from Anxiety and is used to the finer things in life, but when the cash flow ends, what does she do to maintain her lifestyle?

Michelle struggled with weight loss at school before getting married and having plenty cash on the hip. She gets used to the high life but when her marriage doesn’t work out, she moves to London to chase her hopes and dreams of becoming rich and famous but it’s not as easy as it sounds.
After moving into a three bedroom apartment, her cash flow runs out very quickly, she reluctantly has to sell her designer handbag collection to pay the rent but can’t resist spending it on something else!
Buying Zanex for her Anxiety isn’t easy in London but Botox and a boob job all cost money, so after some self manifestation and online research, she tries an online site where she agrees to go out for lunch with clients at a cost with no hidden extras. She also discovers that there is money to be made by selling her knickers online but who ends up buying them? Throughout the show Michelle describes many pitfalls but when she takes the positives out of them instead of the negatives, the results are unexpectedly hilarious.

Michelle Shaughnessy delivers a confident and entertaining performance with the use of some funny visual aids. The beauty of this show is you don’t see the jokes coming, you think the joke is going to be one thing but it’s the complete opposite. Feel sorry for her or not, this performance is well worth seeing!
