Affable Irishman, Danny O’Brien tells it like it is in his show, Adulting Hard.  It’s not easy trying to be a grown up and buy your first home in Dublin.  Playing to a packed room at The Beehive, this fast-paced, tightly scripted show kept us very entertained and ensured non-stop hilarity throughout.

He’s a well-travelled man, and his stories from far-flung corners of the globe are hilarious as well as, at times, a little educational.  Now I know what happens if you’re made redundant in Switzerland. His interaction with his audience is spot on, and his victims are a little too willing to overshare, which adds to the mix in this tremendously enjoyable show.

His observational style picks on the funny side of every situation, picking apart the madness of home-buying but at the same time having the sense to use the services of good Irish accountant. His energy and charm are infectious, and he pulls off a fantastically funny hour long show, that absolutely whizzed by.

So, if you’re looking for a show where you’re guaranteed to “Enjoy the Craic”, buy a Guinness at the bar, sit back and enjoy.
