A packed-out show filled with laugh- out- loud comedy and bittersweet songs.

It is clear that Gray had made a conscious decision that if she couldn’t be accepted for being a trans woman she might as well get famous and she has accomplished that at breakneck speed in the last 3 years, playing the piano with her knob and stripping off on Friday Night Live might just have accelerated the journey.

She spoke about progressing through to the semi finals of TV talent show, The Voice and whilst she did not have a typical sob story, she did have quite a good knob story.

Gray’s stage presence is captivating, and she instantly brings to mind a far more likeable Russel Brand with her exaggerated movements, the Essex Accent and quirky fashion style.

We hear about the online hate and death threats that she has endured, often being told she “Can’t just decide she feels like a woman”, her perfect response is “tell that to Shania”

The standout moments for me were when she asked why she can’t just go to the bathroom, but Katy Perry can go to space? Or when she genuinely felt the need to google “if bullets went through silicone breast implants”

Her vocals are strong; the lyrics are both emotional and hilarious and she builds a strong bond with her audience.

My only complaint would be that the show only lasted an hour.
