Drinking wine and comedy, 2 of my favourite things, and In Pour Taste delivers buckets of both.  Sweeney Preston & Ethan Cavanagh present a fabulous show that’s’ as funny as it’s informative.  Alongside their wine expert, Nina, we sample the delights of 5 wines, 2 white, 1 rose and 2 reds.  And I have 2 say all were delicious. 

This is a show for anyone who enjoys a glass or 2 of vino, there was a very mixed crowd, couples on a date night, groups of friends, and we all had a terrific time,  The comedy flows like a fruity Pinot Noir and there’s some hilarious input from the audience. As we quaff our way through the various wines Nina the wine expert lends her words of wisdom which adds to our learning experience.

I never thought I’d be dancing along to “The Wiggles”, but once we’d had a glass or 2, it’s impossible not to join in!!

The boy’s brand of humour is slick and quick witted, and it’s a totally fun and feel good atmosphere. They have terrific on-stage chemistry and wonderful energy. I’d thoroughly recommend this show, it’s a great way to kick off an evening at The Fringe.
