Silvery Moon Productions specialise in nostalgic entertainment from the Victorian era onwards.  ‘Somewhere in France with You’ is there 2005 Fringe production, Written and directed by Lynn Radnedge. The cast are Mike Francis as Corporal Reginald Brownhill, Lynn Radnedge as Ivy Wilkinson and the narrator, Jeremy Thompson as Sgt Jack Wilkinson/Sgt Arthur Cain and Tricia Dibb as Rene Brownhill. The background story a true one about Lynn Rednedge’s uncle Reg, peppered with the musical numbers from the 30’s and 40’s. The use of original uniforms, photographs and paraphernalia add a little depth to the story. Definitely one for the more mature members of the audience but very suitable for the present post war celebrations. ***
