The Chelsea Players a London based Theatre Company and registered charity who stage new writing, drama and comedy, present Teachers’ Playground. The beloved headmaster Mr Buchanan (James McKendrick) will surely this most recent Ofsted inspection and be deposed. Somehow he survives and continues making his staffs lives hell. Despite never taking assembly he decides to do one on Education, education, education.  Or that is what he tells his hard working put-upon secretary  Sue (Julie Ford).  Instead he virtually assassinates his heads of department by announcing to the whole school their weaknesses and deepest darkest secrets.  The teaching staff and Sue plot the downfall of Mr Buchanan or? Is it all just in his head? Caroline Boulton as Maxine, St John Costelloe as Dr Peebles, Sukhraj Dhillon as Ms Jennings, Kristian Sartori as Mr Cordell, Mike Williams as the Inspector and Andrew Wyld as Mr Holroyd.
