I was always pronouncing Jimeoin as it looks only to be told it is actually pronounced ‘Jim Owin’ now that is confusing to my tiny brain as it is. To find out that although Irish he is so laid back he is almost horizontal after seeing the Byrne brothers (my nickname for Ed & Jason). And the name of his Fringe show ‘Jimeoin on Ice’, ice, ice I see no ice! I’m now very perplexed. As the show proceeds it slowly dawns on me just as the description of having whiskey on the rocks is a misnomer the drinks taste develop as the ice melts, I slowly eased into his performance and mellowed out into the experience discovering at the end of the evening he went down nicely improving as I eased into the situation.
