Don’t be put off by the Fringe programme blurb which sounds more like an art exhibition – this is a straightforward song cycle. And as such it is outstanding.

The songs are excellent, the singing by the five professional cast members is sublime, powerful and emotional. The backing of live keyboard and drums whilst quiet is perfect. I can easily see this show becoming the latest thing for MT students to sing in showcases etc.

If I could go back again I would – loved it.
