If there are three words that should not be in the same sentence anywhere it is the title of this show. Ms Schamaun may be accused of many things but being subtle is not one.

She opens with a fire eating display before launching into a no holds barred routine that is certainly not one for the squeamish in every sense of the word.  She is a ballsy chick from New York, heavily tattooed, outrageous hair and a mouth on her that would make a docker blush, but in spite of this and all the shock side-show skills she displays there is an awful lot about Ms Schamaun that is endearing.

She is a part time yoga instructor back in the states and in spite her somewhat hedonistic lifestyle want to get married with all the trimmings both things I would never have guessed at.

She has a wicked sense of humour and a way of telling her most salubrious stories in such a way that I, along with most of her crowd went along with it all with no inhibitions. The only thing that made me cringe slightly was her use of an acupuncture needle and a light bulb.

There are not too many like her around Edinburgh so for a different show check her out.
