Mrs Barbara Nice is the comedy alter-ego of Janice Connolly an accomplished actress and everybody’s favourite gran is back strutting her stuff once more at The Assembly Rooms.

Hitting the stage laden with bags Mrs Nice is off and running, chatting to the audience as friends, cracking gags, explaining stuff generally involving everyone in a good way and using every theatrical device in her extensive locker to make sure that her audience have a silly but funny time. There is a real possibility that you may end up with sore stomach muscles from laughing.

I have seen a few of her shows over the years and find it hard to say too much about her shows in fear of giving too much away from the uplifting experience that you get from each performance. Barbara is Nice by name and nice by nature. Get involved, let your hair down a little and try and find your inner squirrel. You would be nuts to miss out.

Oh and just wait for the finale!!
