Glenn Moore – Love Don’t Live Here Glenny Moore 5***** - One4Review
one4review | On 03, Aug 2019
I first became aware of Glenn Moore back in 2016 when he performed his debut hour at the Fringe and since then he has been high on my list of must see acts each Edinburgh.
Moore has a style all of his own. He is somewhat geeky in his appearance but don’t let that deceive you, he has a razor sharp comedy mind, a wicked line of laugh out loud material, a machine gun delivery and oodles of stage presence and charisma. And as always more gags per minute than anyone could reasonably expect.
The show I saw was technically a preview but no-one would have known, it was as tight as a drum while he recounted his story including material on journalists, relationships, parental aspirations, no filter grannies, Dignitas and working with Nigel Farage and Katie Hopkins, pulling out all the stops, combined with wonderful misdirection and outrageous call backs all delivered with spot on comic timing throughout.
Glenn has had a number of TV appearances recently and this is sure to increase as his star soars into the stratosphere. Grab your tickets while you can before Glenn don’t come here anymore.
