Wow, what a performance! Isabel Klein joyfully bursts onto the stage wearing a pink latex dress and in front of a sell out show, did not disappoint!
She portrays the life of an up and coming actress who was born to perform and in her own eyes is nothing short of sensational, but is she?

After introductions, she begins with a song to showcase her vocal chords, I’m not sure if the song was a cover as it sounded familiar, or if it was self written but regardless, with a little help from the audience with the chorus, it was absolutely hilarious. The audience could not stop laughing and Klein does well to keep a straight face throughout the song. She then invites actor Shawn Dean (Fictional CSI actor) to assist!

Klein then puts her acting skills to the test, with a little help from the audience she performs a few mini sketches including, workplace harassment training video’ of what not to do for McDonalds, (listening to porn music), meditation and a press conference but the highlight was her employment CV and the last skill added to it, not going to spoil it but the comedy that ensues had tears running down my face.

As the show draws to a close (Too soon), she realises she might not make it to the big time, she’s upset and wants to leave despite wanting to perform her song again in a grand finale ending, will she walk off or will the audience get behind her and convince her to sing it?

Isabel Klein is an amazing performer, singer and has hilarious facial expressions.
The irony is her character in the show is not quite hitting the mark but Klein’s performance portraying her character certainly does, truly exceptional, not to be missed!
