It was quite a few years ago that Michelle Wolf was performing in an award nominated show, so it was good to see her back playing to packed houses, even if it is only for a short run.

Michelle is a TV regular in both her native USA and over here and has had more than one Netflix and HBO specials, but I suppose it was her famous speech at Trumps 2018 White House Correspondents’ Dinner that many people know her for.

But she is back, 8 months pregnant and angry. She also has a 2 year old in tow so there is a fair amount of the hour talking about the off-spring and future baby, the way her body is causing issues, lack of pockets in female clothing, audio books, Spanish pop-up children’s books and of course has to have another go at Trump and Epstein’s island.

Wolf has a wonderful stage presence, a huge personality, a way of writing material that has something to say while is never short of laugh out loud moments. The entire hour passed very quickly, too quickly for most if truth be told.
