Glenn Moore:- Please Sir, Glenn I Have Some Moore? 5 ***** - One4Review
one4review | On 04, Aug 2025
There is no doubt that Glenn Moore is a highly talented and exceptionally funny comedian. He has had a host of sell-out Fringe shows, a multitude of TV and radio appearances, he is a breakfast show host on absolute radio also, so it was little wonder that his room was packed out.
As is his way Moore is straight into his show. He has a brief set up explaining his safety gags, tried and tested, as each audience react differently to the jokes, and we are off. At the speed of an express train. The one-liners, gags come so thick and fast and with ne’er a pause or stumble, and interspersing this cleverly written piece, a family road trip with cousins in Death Valley in the US.
Moore is a master with words, he has such presence, can draw laughs from almost any subject is an absolute master of misdirection and is no stranger to a call back. Occasionally one can almost miss a gem because the laughter from the previous funny hasn’t fully died down. He obviously does not believe in the current shrinkflation trend of smaller potions for the same cost, given the speed and quality of his hour, there must have been two hours laughs packed into this show.
Tickets are flying out of the door so don’t leave it too long. You wouldn’t to miss out.
