Melanie Wilson creates a mysterious series of stories set in various European locations – on the Orient Express, Paris and Moscow, taking some examples. Her delivery is deliberate and precise, even in a way poetic. The cavern which is the Baby Belly 3 could not be a better venue for creating the atmosphere as she builds up the tension in each story. She very gracefully plays her own sound effects to set the mood for the images she is creating. Between each story she explains the simplicity of her own personality and engages in curious little dialogues with members of the audience Her engaging and well crafted performance is a combination of charm with a dream like quality. ***
