Russell Kane: Gaping Flaws - One4Review
What did I know about Russell Kane before going to see his show? He is relatively small, cute looking, Geoff has rated his comedy for some time and he appears on TV between episodes of CIS. Russell’s 2008 Fringe show is called ‘Gaping Flaws’ apparently he had a PowerPoint presentation to go along with the show but the equipment was stolen from his car and he has to use a discussed wooden box with a window and a curtain along with a willing friend to illustrate the points he wants to make. His performance is manic and he covers almost every inch of his stage several times, he points out that the British people as a whole prefer things to have flaws sometimes the bigger the better. Unlike the Americans who are even attempting to genetically improve the foetus in the womb. Much of his rantings and comedy make sense as does the fact that you should try and get a ticket for his show if you can. ****
