Breathing Corpses by Laura Wade - One4Review

***

Breathing Corpses is a thriller acted out in five scenes. The opening scene shows a young hotel maid who discovers a dead body of a man covered in a sheet, who has presumably committed suicide.

As the scenes are played out, they seem unconnected but the characters depicted begin to relate to each other in an indirect way. The young cast give creditable performances of each character.

The final scene returns to the hotel and the maid encounters a young man who appears charming, but is he and, in fact, is this scene the final action?

All very convoluted and with a thriller I do not want to give too much away, but it is intriguing sorting out when several violent murders occurred. This is the twist in the play.
