Craig Hill – Give Him and Inch 4**** - One4Review

Craig Hill – Give Him and Inch 4****

| On 08, Aug 2014

Every year Craig has a new risque title for his show which gives an impression of what to expect from this flamboyant, camp, kilted comedian. To start the show, as always, Craig likes to get to know his audience, where they come from and what they do and will usually have amusing disparaging remarks or anecdotes in response as well as some witty retort if they get a bit lippy. It really doesn’t matter where in the theatre you sit he’ll get you involved, with the audience participation being a large part of the show.

As well as his chit chat with the audience Craig has some prepared material which is also hilarious. His stories from Australia and MC’ing at his cousins wedding were particularly funny.  He is the king of the double entendre and manages to pack as much smut as possible into his shows.  He is also a great singer although didn’t do quite as much of it on the night I was there. He performed his own reworded version of Adele’s Someone Like You which was excellent.

Craig is a consistently funny performer with a loyal fan base returning year after year to see him. A really enjoyable show and the audience loved it.
