Glenn Wool: Creator, I am But a Pawn 4**** - One4Review
one4review | On 16, Aug 2015
Glenn Wool is not afraid to tackle things head on, religion and feminism are just a couple of the topics that Wool, and the voice in his head deal with in this occasionally raucous hour of his show, yet it is stuffed full of funny material throughout.
From a gag while presenting an award at the Kerrang! Awards, cycling tours of Holland and Estonia, visits to Hiroshima, Las Vegas and South Korea Wool’s range of material is as wide as his travelling.
Now divorced, his choice in women, he muses on his old iPhone, Tinder, errant Satnav, botox, plastic surgery and arms dealers are subjects he expounds on. He is an engaging comedian who says it how it is, or is it the little voice in his head that is in charge? It doesn’t matter to him or the audience. Laughs a plenty punctuate his performance and that is what we are here for anyway right?
It took me a while to get into his comedy, but now that I have he becomes a must see show if you know him you’ll know why if you don’t, go find out.
