Elouise Eftos- Australia’s First Attractive Comedian 5***** - One4Review

Elouise Eftos is based in Perth, Australia and in this show she claims to be Australia’s First Attractive Comedian. The sassy self-claimed high in demand famous actor has confidence like no other because she knows she’s good! But don’t be fooled by the title, there’s no arrogance here, she’s more like a tongue in cheek Superstar!
As you sit down waiting on the star’s arrival, the large screen shows Elouise modelling on a beach, similar to the Chris Isaak, wicked game music video. She enters the stage Sharon Stone style and shows off her acting skills spectacularly with an enlightened hilarious outcome. An insight into her portfolio and fame then ensues on screen with some fantastic background music to keep the audience buzzing. Her cheeky smile and feminist jibes make you love this character to bits.
Elouise then begins a game where an audience member has to pick a character, once chosen Elouise becomes that character and the audience member has two minutes to complete a task with that character. There are three characters chosen and Elouise puts her acting skills to the test as she portrays each different character brilliantly.
There is also an interesting insight into a certain Beatles member, and a discussion about de-sexualising cartoon characters before she sings a lovely cabaret song that gets interrupted by an Australian. After another brief music break, Elouise’s final character is chosen, this futuristic character brings the house down with her antics before stripping down to a sexy version of the same character but an over worked temporary malfunction leaves the audience in stitches.
This was an outstanding performance from start to finish, there wasn’t a second of the show that didn’t keep the audience entertained. Elouise portrayed various different characters brilliantly and with quick costume changes included, she had the audience laughing all the way through. Her character may have been tongue in cheek but her performance was professional through and through. A fantastic show that you simply must see!
