“Haus of Dy-Lan” is so high energy that I felt I’d come out of an aerobics class.  Dylan Adlers show is a whirlwind of music, comedy and musical comedy, completely over the top and full of camp chaos.  He’s a talented keyboard player and singer and his musical arrangements are both smart and hilarious. Full of original songs and story-telling and some acrobatics thrown in for good measure.

He ticks a lot of musical genre boxes and the pace is supersonic.  This dynamo from The USA is making a real impression at this years Fringe.  He loves to shock but also make us laugh and his songs and personal anecdotes are interspersed throughout. He explores vanity and vulnerability, taking us back to his school days where he was subjected to bullying and it’s real heart on your sleeve stuff.  At times incredibly emotional but in a flash you’ll be roaring with laughter at his savage punch-lines.158

Adlers heritage and family connections feature large in the set, growing up knowing he’s different only to find out that his twin-brother is also gay!  If musical mayhem is your go-to, then this is the one for you because this show is beautifully bonkers!!
