Okay, good points – Jessa Liversidge who plays the Queen has a lovely voice and Victoria Hayles as Sarah tries really hard with what she has to work with. Also, sometimes the music is slightly too loud and drowns out the singing although the second last song is actually quite good.

Otherwise this is unfortunately toe-curlingly bad. The whole premise is quite ridiculous, the writing is cringing and the singing and acting embarrassing. The lighting seemed to be switched off most of the time? It was very dark. The entire cast looked like they didn’t want to be there and the audience likewise. In fact the audience burst out in uncontrollable guffaws at several lines and sniggered throughout. Which is horrible but happened.

And the mask scene!!! I’ve never seen anything like it. I just wanted to give Victoria a big hug and save her.

I hate writing bad reviews but this has nothing going for it I’m afraid.
