There is no doubt Mark Dolan is a ‘glass half full’ comedian, no doom and gloom in the hour at all for this very personable chappy.

Mark has prepared an exhaustive list of some of the things that are awesome in his eyes, some are just listed, others he expands on and has some fine examples and anecdotes along the way many of which has the audience rolling around laughing.

Although this was a substantial part of his set, for me, it was his audience interaction where his obvious comedic skills were used to the best effect. He is inclusive rather than intrusive with those he spoke to, yet his rapier wit managed to obtain comedy gold. A pair of solicitors from opposite sides of Scotland, a chicken farmer form Durham and a variety of others became his go tos  but the atmosphere generated was like a clever, witty mate in the pub.

I’m sure Dolan will never be short of work. He is a really good comic so to see what he thinks about waiters, Tesco’s Finest, Primark, cabbies and Justin Bieber then grab a ticket while there may be some still available. Oh and there is a prize game at the end as well.
