Jarleth Regan is well respected in the comedy industry and can always be relied on to produce a quality show and certainly the 2016 is of the same standard
Regan is Irish and has a natural raconteur style and easy delivery with oodles of charisma. He comes across as a very nice guy. What he is also, is a very funny comedian as his capacity crowd found out very early in proceedings. His laugh out loud hour entertained one and all.
Family man Jarleth has a lot of material about his wife and family, his son is a demanding boss with Lego, his own upbringing and how the parenting skills have changed from when he was growing up. The section on his dad and his recent iPad acquisition also is a source of merriment as are presents in a long term relationship. He also gives his opinion on Brexit and the UK’s unwillingness to conform as opposed to his home country. And his closing routine is just great.
His crowd work is not intense and is inclusive as is the entire performance. Certainly an hour of comedy very well worth catching.
