The whip cracking, magnificent seven certainly delivered a raunchy performance in the Wild West of the Circus Hub.
This circus includes fire eating, knife throwing, dancing, comedy, trapeze and acrobatics with an alternative twist. The background music was incredibly well thought through, fitting in well with each act whilst adding to the atmosphere.
The circus master is a grizzly cowboy who turns out to like a bit of cross-dressing. He does a great routine using a member of the audience as a puppet. He introduces the audience to his bad daughters who provide a hoe down of tap dancing, hip-hop and much mischief throughout the show.
There is a tale of an outlaw selling “liquid gold” and you don’t need any imagination to know what this is as it is demonstrated later. The bad sheriff who discovers this, challenges the outlaw to a hilarious dual involving some impressive shimmying with tassels.
There were jaw dropping trapeze and acrobatics. The routine to the especially composed “Lights in Places“ was outrageous with a strobe light coming from a very unexpected place!
The only issue is that this show is on far too early in the evening. It really needs a much later slot to fit in with an audience who are fired up for an outrageous night of entertainment.
