David Trent has always been a lover of all things technical in his shows over the years so it was little surprise that he made use of the technology at his finger tips to create his latest hour.
With loads of research and I guess time on his hands, he has a selection of some of the craziest things some people are using technology for and marketing these devices and ideas rather than using them for stuff that is needed.
Trent is a shouty comedian and he has plenty to shout about be it smart beds, forks a really strange alarm and even ridiculous animated kids films with his trademark use of PowerPoint and video clips he crafts together an hour of utterly different comedy. Also the Twitter phenomenon gets a lambasting.
But it is not all gimmicks, he is a funny guy with bundles of stage presence and delivers his message to the packed out cave with the craft he has garnered over the years.
This is a late evening show that is well worth going to see, but as it is always packed get there sooner than later or you could miss out.
