Krystal Evans:- Fishnets 3***

| On 10, Aug 2019

Krystal Evans is starting to make a bit of a name for herself on the Scottish comedy scene and she is making her Edinburgh Fringe debut with a thirty minute show, somewhat unusual but it works.

With such a short time Ms Evans is straight into her material somewhat like a club set telling a multitude of stories about where she hails from, comments on the geographical education and her move to the UK originally down south prior to settling in Edinburgh,

She talks of being married, a mother holding down a full time job and doing comedy, and wonders why she is busy, together with playing board games with her in-laws, inventing new sex positions, fishing with her grandfather and her one time love of Scottish accents and manages to get laughs a plenty throughout.

With her dry humour and transatlantic accent coupled with a somewhat laidback delivery style are all good points in her armoury and I look forward to seeing her progress, maybe to the full hour for next year.
