The title of his show was selected by his young son Cochrane states at the top of the show who obviously follows his own trait to be wordy. He goes on to claim to be a boring man… but better than us!! Firmly tongue in cheek.

He then proceeds to entertain a standing room only audience for his full hour on a variety of topics all neatly meshed together. He talks about his lack of publicity, fitness, lack of strength, beards, sleep, specifically lack of it, corporate gigs, being away from home the ‘dinner party circuit and clothes and his unique way of classifying hotels. None of the subjects are edgy and certainly there is no message in the show, maybe that does make him boring, but with well observed humour and creative writing it never comes across as such.

Cochrane will probably never have people rolling in the aisles, but there is always going to be ample laughs in any show he does to make the ticket price value for money. And tickets are usually a difficult brief to obtain so don’t delay.
